How to get past overwhelming to do lists

Kanban Method on Trello or Asana

Step 1: Brain dump everything you need to do that’s taking up precious real estate in your brain. Everything from picking up the dry cleaning, to online returns, to sending out emails. Empty everything.

Step 2: Assign each task a “P” for project, “T” for task. Group the project tasks together.

Step 3: Now create 6 columns for things that must be accomplished:

  • This week

  • Today

  • If I have time

  • Waiting for

  • Done

  • One Day Maybe
